Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and individuals at a government correctional location by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner.
• Monitor access to designated areas and verify credentials as required.
• Document patrols, incidents, and observations and communicate to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
