Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer Armed Driver Route Patrol in Raleigh, NC. You will provide armed security, drive patrols, monitor access, and respond to incidents with calm, professional conduct.

This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to advance through our Shift-claim platform. Minimum requirements include an armed guard license, valid driver’s license, high school diploma or equivalent, and background check compliance.

Qualifications

• Armed guard license/permit required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility staff, visitors, and other authorized individuals while carrying out armed security-related procedures.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular armed patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify authorization as required, and document information according to site procedures.
• Maintain readiness of assigned equipment and communicate observations and hazards to appropriate personnel.
