Job summary

REAch2 Academy Trust is seeking a hard-working school cleaner for Concordia Academy to maintain a clean, safe learning environment for students and staff. You will work as part of a team to perform a range of cleaning duties across the school to ensure spaces are ready for learning each day.

The role is 12.5 hours per week during term time with a permanent contract. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children is essential, along with reliability and good communication.

Qualifications

• Experience of similar cleaning work in an educational setting.
• Ability to work constructively as part of a team.
• Ability to relate well to children and to adults.
• Good organising and prioritising skills.
• Ability to keep accurate cleaning records.
• Evidence of a commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children and young people.
• Ability to work flexibly to suit school needs.
