Job summary

Moraine Park Technical College is seeking candidates to join a candidate pool for potential part-time Adjunct Faculty positions in Adult Education across Beaver Dam, Fond du Lac, and West Bend campuses.

These roles offer flexible class assignments with possible on-site and online sessions; reporting to the Associate Dean of Adult Education, instructors will deliver multi-modality instruction and develop curricula and assessments to meet workforce needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, Adult Education, or Special Needs Education.
Wisconsin DPI Secondary Education license in a core academic area or Special Education.

Responsibilities

Prepare for and facilitate learning in assigned courses; establish a professional and safe learning environment.
Use multiple teaching methods and assessments to meet student learning needs.
Maintain FERPA-compliant records and submit grades on time.
Provide timely verbal and written feedback to students for growth.
Contribute to curriculum development and participate in program activities.
Assist with recruitment and promote college programs and services.
Foster student retention and connect students with campus resources.
Maintain relationships with K-12, DOC, community and industry partners.
