Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to assist in developing and implementing activities.
• Ability to engage residents and motivate participation daily.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Able to lift up to 15 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, development, and implementation of residence activities.
• Develop suggestions to improve and expand the Activities Program.
• Maintain a warm, caring relationship with residents and families.
• Arrange transportation and escorts for activities and community events.
• Support volunteer programs and the residence store.
• Assist with monthly newsletter and calendar preparation.
• Drive residents in the LCB van as needed.
• Attend required in-service training sessions.
