River Bank is seeking a part-time Accounts Payable Clerk in La Crosse, WI. The role involves processing invoices and employee expense reimbursements, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and reconciling discrepancies with vendors and departments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Accounts Payable experience.
• Customer Service and/or Administrative experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Organizational and prioritization skills.
• Problem-solve independently.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare invoices and employee expense reimbursements and enter them into the system for payment.
• Process payments in an accurate and timely manner.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with the applicable department or vendor.
• Work with employees to recognize discrepancies prior to invoice submission to streamline payment.
• Monitor outside accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Manage Sales and Use Tax responsibilities.
• Report state withholdings.
• Order bulk office supplies and coordinate with staff for timely delivery.
• Prepare annual vendor IRS 1099s.
• Provide documentation and reports to management as requested.
• Correspond with vendors and co-workers promptly.
• Stay updated on policies and complete required training.
• Assist with other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
