aba360 in New Jersey is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team delivering in-home ABA services to children with Autism. You will work one-on-one with clients, implementing evidence-based approaches and supporting positive behavior change.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. This role offers flexible part-time hours, afternoon or evening shifts, and the opportunity to gain hands-on clinical exposure in a supportive milieu with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Assist with implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data using electronic devices.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to support treatment goals.
