Job summary

aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services to children with autism in clients' homes or community settings in New Jersey. No prior experience required; training will be provided to support independence and positive behavior.

This part-time role offers flexible afternoon/evening hours, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to gain real-world experience in ABA and related fields.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
