Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home or community settings.
• Team member responsible for implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Engage with families to support treatment goals and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
