aba360 is seeking compassionate individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations in New Jersey. No prior experience required; part-time positions available, ideal for students, with afternoon or evening hours to fit schedules.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team, track progress, and help children with Autism develop independence using evidence-based strategies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and the ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• Reliable transportation to client homes or community locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients at homes or community sites.
• Implement skill-building and care plans under clinical supervision.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.
