Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism, helping develop communication, social, and independence skills.

You will collect data on goals during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with strategies and progress updates. Part-time, mostly afternoons/evenings, with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or education a plus.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
