Job summary

Links ABA Therapy is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism in home settings. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy, build communication, social, and independence skills, and receive hands-on training.

You’ll collaborate with a supervising BCBA, collect data on goals, and share progress with families. Flexible afternoons/evenings with after-school and weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation to home-based settings.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Experience or passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
