Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa seeks enthusiastic part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, supporting independence and positive behavior with evidence-based interventions.

You'll collaborate with a clinical team, implement skill-building and care plans, and accurately record session data while fostering a positive learning environment for clients and families. Paid training is provided; a 6-month commitment is desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
