Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team for part-time, in-home ABA services. You will support clients in achieving their goals and collaborate with our clinical team to implement skill-building plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and dedication to helping children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings.
• Implement skill-building and care plans as part of the clinical team.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
