Job summary

Heartland ABA in Iowa is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for part-time roles delivering one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, collect session data, and support families as part of a collaborative clinical team.

Paid training is provided, and there is no experience required beyond an RBT certification (before working).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience and calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
