Job summary

Apploi is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) in Port Reading, NJ to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in-home settings. You’ll help children develop communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

You’ll collect session data, work with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates. Flexible part-time schedule afternoons and weekends is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus).
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
