Job summary

Apploi seeks a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy with children at home in Port Reading, NJ. You will help build communication and independence skills while receiving mentorship from a BCBA.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and reliable transportation; college coursework in psychology or related fields is a plus. Flexible afternoons/evenings with ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Experience with children and a passion for helping families is essential.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work after-school hours/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings.
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
• Collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans.
• Support families by sharing strategies and progress updates.
