Job summary

Towne is seeking a Parking Enforcement Attendant to support our parking operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and service. You will patrol lots, issue citations for violations, and maintain equipment and signage while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Flexible FT/PT schedules are available with competitive pay and benefits for eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Ability to operate revenue control equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Patrol lots to ensure only authorized vehicles are parked.
• Issue citations according to preapproved guidelines.
• Manage lot signage; repair and install as needed.
• Maintain lot cleanliness and perform general maintenance.
• Troubleshoot parking meters and equipment when required.
• Prepare reports and filings for violations and citations.
