Job summary

Empower U Outpatient Services in Hazlet, NJ is seeking licensed clinicians to provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy in-person at our Hazlet office. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and strong clinical support without private-practice administrative burdens.

You will start with 8–12 hours per week, with fully flexible scheduling and referrals, billing, clinical supervision, and administrative support to back your practice.

Qualifications

• Must hold LAC or LSW license in New Jersey.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Experience with CBT/DBT/ACT or similar modalities.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, or couples therapy (telehealth and/or in-person).
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care.
• Collaborate with the team to support client outcomes.
