Job summary

Elios, Inc. in Little Rock, AR is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a contract outpatient role. You’ll conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations for adult patients in a structured setting with no call responsibilities and a predictable schedule.

You’ll work independently within a multidisciplinary team, handling chronic conditions, musculoskeletal issues, mental health symptoms, and complex medical histories, with weekly hours flexing from 1 day to up to 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• 2+ years of experience with strong adult assessment and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with medically complex adult populations preferred.
• Backgrounds that fit well include primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, occupational medicine, urgent care, and adult medicine.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations with adult patients.
• Assess a wide range of presentations, including chronic medical conditions, musculoskeletal complaints, and functional limitations.
• Evaluate anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms as part of whole-person care.
• Manage general primary care and internal medicine related concerns.
• Produce clear, thorough clinical documentation.
• Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Set a schedule that works for you, anywhere from 1 day per week up to full time (32 to 40 hours weekly is the ideal).
