Job summary

Elios, Inc. seeks clinicians to perform 45-minute adult evaluations in a structured outpatient setting. This onsite role offers independence and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on comprehensive assessments of adults with complex medical histories.

Join a supportive outpatient environment with flexible scheduling from 1 day per week up to full-time (32–40 hours). Contract length up to one year with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• 2+ years of experience with strong adult assessment and clinical documentation skills.
• Experience with medically complex adult populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations for adult patients.
• Assess chronic conditions, musculoskeletal issues, and functional limitations.
• Evaluate anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms as part of whole-person care.
• Manage general primary care and internal medicine concerns.
• Produce clear, thorough clinical documentation.
• Practice independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Set a flexible schedule (1 day/week to FT, 32–40 hours weekly).
