Elios, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a clinician to provide comprehensive 45-minute adult evaluations in a structured outpatient setting. Appointments are 45 minutes, with no call responsibilities and no high-volume productivity quotas.

The role is a contract opportunity up to one year, onsite, with strong compensation and excellent benefits. You will work independently within a supportive multidisciplinary team. Experience: 2+ years with adult assessments; NP or PA license required.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license
• 2+ years of adult assessment and documentation experience
• Experience with medically complex adult populations preferred
• Ability to work independently in a multidisciplinary setting

Responsibilities

• Conduct 45-minute evaluations for adult patients
• Assess chronic medical conditions, musculoskeletal issues, and functional limitations
• Evaluate anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms as part of whole-person care
• Manage primary care and internal medicine-related concerns
• Produce clear, thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while practicing independently
• Set a flexible schedule from 1 day per week to full-time (32–40 hours weekly)
