Elios, Inc. is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA) to perform comprehensive 45-minute evaluations for adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Requires active NP or PA license.
• 2+ years of experience with adult assessments and clinical documentation.
• Experience with medically complex adult populations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive 45-minute evaluations for adult patients.
• Assess chronic medical conditions, musculoskeletal issues, and functional limitations.
• Evaluate anxiety, depression, and stress-related symptoms within whole-person care.
• Provide general primary care and internal medicine–related concerns.
• Produce clear, thorough clinical documentation.
• Work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Set a schedule from 1 day per week up to full-time (32–40 hours weekly).
