Ellie Mental Health is seeking an Outpatient Therapist for a newly opened Tulsa clinic. You will work to improve access to quality mental health care while honoring our core values of authenticity, humor, compassion, creativity, acceptance, and determination.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field required
• Clinical licensure (LMFT) preferred
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant)
• Ability to establish stable boundaries with clients

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and maintain treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a team to expand access to care
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals
