Renewal Rehab, part of Enhance Therapies, is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team in a part-time role at a skilled nursing facility in Michigan. The position offers competitive pay and the chance to deliver high-quality care in long-term care settings.

Must hold a license as an Occupational Therapist to apply. Compensation is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, with ongoing clinical education and professional growth within a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• NBCOT certification as an OTR, if required by the state.
• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate and treat patients with functional, cognitive, and ADL impairments.
• Create and implement personalized care plans.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet all regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
