Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Florida Occupational Therapist license (required).
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing or Post-Acute Care setting preferred.
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, strength, and coordination.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulations.
• Participate in care plan meetings and discharge planning.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines.
