Job summary

The Reserve Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Hanahan, SC, is seeking a Full Time Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. The OT will screen and evaluate patients, develop plans, and deliver medically necessary interventions within regulatory guidelines in a post-acute setting.

Qualifications

OT license is required.
Open to OTs at all experience levels; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

Conduct screening and evaluation of patients with physical functioning disorders and/or wound care; develop care plans.
Deliver rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions.
Administer procedures as part of the rehabilitation plan (manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, modalities, devices, wound care).
Provide consultation and counseling to patients, families, caregivers, and other service providers.
Generate discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory requirements.
