Job summary

Tummy Time Academy is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide 1-on-1 OT with children ages 0-3 in their home, daycare, or community settings. You will travel to session locations and work with families to address fine motor, sensory processing, play skills, and regulatory goals.

You’ll join a team that supports therapists with admin duties, allowing focus on therapy during billable hours while maintaining a flexible schedule and ongoing professional development. PA licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license.
• Active driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 occupational therapy to children ages 0-3 at their everyday settings (family home, daycare, playground, library).
• Travel to session locations and reflect on progress with families.
• Assess skills to determine strengths/needs related to goals.
• Demonstrate exercises and activities adapting play to improve fine motor, sensory processing, play, and regulation.
• Guide families on integrating activities into daily routines to reach goals.
