TheraCare seeks an Occupational Therapist to serve infants and toddlers in the Early Intervention program across the Bronx, delivering OT in home and community settings. Qualifications

• Experience in early childhood or pediatric therapy strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of Early Intervention standards and family-centered care principles.
• Strong communication, time management, and clinical decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel throughout the assigned borough.
• License to practice Occupational Therapy in NYS.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct occupational therapy services for children ages 0–3.
• Develop and implement IFSP-aligned treatment plans.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members.
• Coach and educate caregivers to support therapy at home.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with NYC EI documentation standards.
• Participate in IFSP meetings and case reviews as needed.
