Job summary

Austin Regional Clinic is seeking an OR RN to provide compassionate nursing care in a single operating room. You will supervise patient care, coordinate with anesthesia and surgical staff, and follow all standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, preparing the OR, and maintaining accurate documentation while ensuring a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Two (2) or more years RN experience.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• AHA BLS CPR required; ACLS CPR required; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care adhering to standards and policies.
• Assess patient and family needs to provide quality care.
• Organize time, equipment, supplies, and personnel for efficient case management.
• Maintain asepsis and safe environment; ensure correct prep and draping procedures.
• Document care and communicate effectively with all team members.
