Sentara RMH Wellness Center in Harrisonburg, VA seeks a Personal Trainer for an on-site, flexi schedule position. You will welcome members, assess needs, and tailor individualized workouts to help clients reach their goals in a safe and inclusive manner.

Requires a high school diploma, BLS within 90 days, and Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer certification within 90 days. The base pay ranges from $21.73 to $33.84 hourly, with potential additional incentives and comprehensive benefits.

• BLS certification within 90 days of hire (Required).

Responsibilities

• Welcome fitness center members and guests and partner with clients to achieve their desired outcomes.
• Evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop and implement individualized workout journeys that are safe, effective and inclusive of preferences and abilities.
