Job summary

Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital Wellness Center is hiring a Personal Trainer on a flexi schedule. Welcome members and guests and partner with clients to achieve desired outcomes.

Evaluate client needs and collaboratively develop personalized workout journeys that are safe, effective, and inclusive of preferences and abilities. The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, BLS within 90 days, and Fitness Instructor/Personal Trainer certification within 90 days.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $21.73 - $33.84 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
