Sentara Rockingham Memorial Hospital Medical Center in Harrisonburg, VA is hiring a Group Fitness Instructor for a flexi rotating schedule. You will lead and instruct group exercise programs, ensure safety, and create a welcoming environment for members and guests.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and BLS is preferred. A nationally recognized group fitness certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire, with room for growth and ongoing education.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and instruct diverse group exercise programs and classes.
• Deliver a safe, fun and healthy member/guest experience.
• Answer questions and provide education, identifying and implementing improvements in activities and programs.
