Job summary

Target is seeking a Guest Advocate to greet guests, assist with questions, and help guests with purchases and loyalty programs. You’ll process transactions, share product knowledge, and maintain a welcoming checkout area.

As an On-Demand TM, you’ll enjoy a flexible schedule that may vary with store needs. Training and orientation are provided to help you deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
