Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests and support store operations. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a flexible schedule that varies by store needs.

As a Guest Advocate, you will engage with guests, handle transactions, promote loyalty programs, and help across drive-up, order pickup, and registry services while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
