Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate. You will interact with guests, assist with their needs, and promote store services and loyalty programs. The role supports pickup and drive-up services and requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Training and orientation are provided to prepare you for daily tasks, including assisting guests across multiple touchpoints and maintaining a clean, efficient store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming guest experience and greet guests promptly.

• Assist with checkout and keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support various order pickup and drive-up services while following policies.
• Maintain awareness of safety policies and store procedures.
