Job summary

Target is hiring a Guest Advocate to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help guests, answer questions, and guide them through store services while maintaining food safety and store standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Training is provided to ensure you can assist with a variety of guest needs and operate the Pay and Loyalty systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver guest service by meeting the service standards.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks.
• Know store tools, products, and services to resolve issues for guests.
• Promote Target Loyalty and assist with enrollment as needed.
• Operate cash register and ensure accuracy of transactions.
