Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate to deliver friendly, efficient service at the front of our store. You will greet guests, help them find products, process returns, and promote our loyalty program and store services.

This role offers a flexible schedule, shifts posted by leaders, and training to prepare you for success. You must be reliable, meet attendance expectations, and be ready to work varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them locate products and services.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and loyalty program sign-ups.
• Support guests using Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist teammates as needed.
