Target is seeking an On‑Demand Guest Advocate to provide friendly, proactive guest service in a store environment. You will help guests, handle inquiries, and participate in drive‑up and order pickup services as needed.

This role offers flexible shift opportunities and requires dependable attendance and prompt communication to ensure guest satisfaction. The position emphasizes a strong guest experience, teamwork, and adaptability to varying store needs, with onboarding and ongoing training

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest-service orientation.

• Willingness to learn through Target training and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at 10 ft and 4 ft with a friendly interaction.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Support guest services such as Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry.
