Target is seeking a Guest Advocate in Chattanooga to support guests with a welcoming, efficient shopping experience. You will greet, assist, and resolve issues at checkout and across services like Drive Up, Order Pick Up, and gift registry.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, strong guest care, and teamwork in a fast-paced store environment. Training will cover store standards, safety, and usage of the Target app and Wallet.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Greet guests within 10ft and 4ft, starting warm, helpful interactions.
• Help guests find items or resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support peers and adjust to business needs to deliver excellent service.
• Understand and explain Target Wallet, app features, and services.
• Handle returns following policy and escalate with leadership when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout shifts.
