Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required with a minimum of 30 college credit hours.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Prior teaching or substitute experience is a plus; youth work experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom coverage when teachers are absent
• Follow lesson plans left by the regular teacher
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive classroom environment
• Adapt quickly to different grade levels and school settings
