Guidepost Montessori is seeking an on-call Substitute Teacher to support mixed-age Montessori classrooms in Washington. No formal Montessori training is required; training is provided during orientation and onboarding.

This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to transition into full-time Assistant Teacher positions. You will cover classrooms for children aged 0–6, helping maintain a calm, engaging, and nurturing learning environment while collaborating with staff for smooth transitions
