Job summary

Sanford Health is seeking a compassionate Nursing Assistant to join the Float pool in the United States. You will provide patient-centered care under the supervision of RN or LPN and gain experience across multiple units.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED preferred, but not required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is preferred.
• Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
• ND/MN: if not CNA, must be on NA Registry within four months from hire date.
• WI: must be on Wisconsin Nurse Aid Registry with current work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with daily living activities
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions
• Ensuring patient safety and well-being

Education

High school diploma or GED

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred

NA Registry/Competencies
