Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors is seeking a compassionate Non-Medical Caregiver to support seniors at home in Colorado. You will help with personal care, mobility, light housekeeping, and daily errands while fostering safety and independence.

We value strong communication, dependability, and a caring attitude. Flexible scheduling includes full-time and part-time roles, with ongoing training and biweekly pay, with weekly pay coming soon.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation; personal vehicle preferred but not required.
• Ability to pass state background checks (CBI/CAPS).
• Caregiving experience welcomed but not required; eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks.
• Support mobility and fall prevention.
• Run errands and shopping for groceries/medications.
• Prepare simple meals and ensure hydration.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
