Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver real-life rehabilitation in home and community settings in Glendale, CA. You will evaluate, plan and adapt therapy to daily activities such as cooking, shopping, and workplace tasks.

Offers flexible scheduling, paid hourly compensation, driving/mileage reimbursement, ongoing education, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, autonomous team of therapists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice Physical Therapy.
• CPR/BLS certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans and attend team meetings.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
