Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to deliver functional rehabilitation in home, school, work, and community settings. You will build and adjust treatment plans, re-assess progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective outcomes.

The role emphasizes autonomy in a community-based program with opportunities for growth, educational programs, and mileage reimbursement. A valid PT license and CPR/BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the practicing state.
• Current Basic Life Support or CPR certification as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
