TRA Medical Imaging is a premier, physician-owned radiology practice with a century of service in the South Puget Sound region. This MR Technologist role supports performing MR exams in a patient-centered environment.

The candidate will work with Hitachi Open MRI and Siemens Symphony scanners, maintain high image quality, and participate in continuous education to uphold ARRT/ARMRIT standards. A path for professional growth is available.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR Registered or ARMRIT Registry
• Washington MR Technologist Certification eligibility (upon opening)
• Current BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for MR exams with clear instructions
• Utilizes Hitachi Open MRI and Siemens Symphony scanners
• Obtains patient history relevant to the exam
• Implements physician orders accurately with minimal repeats
• Performs IV punctures
• Performs computer functions (PACS)
• Keeps work area stocked and organized
• Participates in orientation and in-service training
• Checks work email daily
• Performs other related duties as assigned
