Job summary

GIS Field Services, Inc is seeking reliable Mortgage Field Inspectors to perform property inspections across Rhode Island. This independent contractor role supports mortgage companies with occupancy checks, photos, and reports using InspectorADE.

Flexible hours, part-time or full-time, weekly pay, and territory-based assignments offer strong earning potential. There is no required licensing, and prior inspection experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good time management and clear communication with clients and coordinators.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections for mortgage loans (occupied, vacant, or rural).
• Determine occupancy status and document property condition with photos.
• Deliver door notices and verify utility status.
• Complete reports using a mobile app (InspectorADE).
• Communicate regularly with the Inspection Relations Coordinator.
• Manage time and schedule to cover assigned counties in RI.
