Lap of Love seeks a Part-Time In-Home Veterinarian to join our mobile hospice team serving the San Francisco North Bay area. You’ll provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care in clients’ homes, helping families during one of life’s moments.

This role emphasizes work‑life balance with flexible 2‑day/week schedules, independent practice, ongoing mentorship, and a supportive center. A DVM is required, and a valid U.S. driver’s license is essential.

Qualifications

• DVM degree required and licensure to practice veterinary medicine.
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Availability to work some weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hospice and euthanasia care for pets in clients’ homes.
• Operate as a mobile veterinarian within the San Francisco North Bay area.
• Collaborate with Lap of Love mentors and support staff for patient care.
