Job summary

Leidos seeks licensed mental health providers to join Mission Ready Reserve MFLC programs, offering flexible PRN assignments across military installations and communities to support Service Members and families. Positions may include adult, family, or school-based counseling.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions.
• Licensure to practice at the independent practice level in a US state or territory (LCSW, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist).
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to pass a background check and public trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face counseling to service members and families (individual, couples, family, and children).
• Recommending referrals and handoffs based on clinical skills.
• Offer presentations on social skills and emotional learning for children.
• Build rapport with service members, spouses, and children at installations and community events.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD)
